Choose the cabin configuration before the badge
For an LX purchase, start with the passenger layout and the equipment you will use. Compare the actual seating configuration with GX and TX rather than assuming every large SUV carries the same number of people. An LX grade designed around rear-seat comfort can make different cargo and seating tradeoffs.
What to test in person
Have the regular passengers try entry, rear-seat comfort and climate controls. Check the garage opening, parking width and cargo room with every seat you expect to use occupied. Evaluate low-speed maneuvering and the available camera views in person.
What to confirm in the quote
Ask for the exact model-year specification and a quote that separates optional equipment from the vehicle price. If considering a different LX powertrain, compare that vehicle separately. Confirm towing requirements and payload from its documentation rather than another grade or an older model year.
